The Resolver page shows:
Contract address – The resolver handling this name
Universal Resolver – ENS's system for resolving records
Resolver details – What this resolver supports
Most names use the ENS default resolver — you won't need to touch this unless you're running a custom resolver or tracking down a resolution problem.
