Note: The ENS App and ENS Explorer are both currently on Sepolia testnet. Behaviour and available features may change before mainnet.

I rejected a transaction and now there's a wall of code
Expanding Show details on a rejection shows raw technical output. You can ignore it — it's not about your name or your wallet. Click Try again to reopen the flow, or close the dialog. Nothing was sent and you paid nothing.
"Failed to load resolvers"
The Existing permissioned resolver list can't be built. Nothing is wrong with your wallet or your name.
Instead: choose Deploy new permissioned resolver for a fresh one, or Use custom resolver if you already know the address you want.
The resolver change confirmed, but nothing resolves
The address you pasted isn't a working resolver. Explorer accepts any address without checking, so the transaction confirms and later record saves confirm too — but nothing can actually be read from the name. There's no error to tell you.
Open Change resolver again and either deploy a new permissioned resolver, or paste a resolver contract you trust. To check afterwards: the Resolver tab's Type card should name the resolver, with a green banner above it.
The Update button stays greyed out when setting a primary name
The name you're pointing at has no resolver. Explorer won't create a reverse record that can't point back.
Open that name, set a resolver, wait for it to confirm, then come back. The button should enable.
My transaction confirmed but Explorer doesn't show it
Some pages read from indexed data rather than straight from the chain, and the index can lag by minutes. Three known cases:
After deploying a subregistry, the name's overview may still say None set. The Registry tab is right — trust that one.
After updating a reverse name, the Reverse Resolution table can keep showing the old value across refreshes.
The History tab on an address page and on a name page use different filters, so neither is a complete log. If something's missing from one, check the other.
In all three cases the chain is right and the page is behind. Wait a few minutes and refresh. To confirm a transaction landed, use the Etherscan link on its step in the Transaction Manager.
Where do I report a bug?
Use the Feedback tab on the right edge of any page. Include the name, what you were trying to do, the exact error, and the transaction hash if you have one. The hash is the most useful thing — it lets us see the exact state you hit.
